This role with encompass a number of different elements within the HR piece.The majority of the role will focus around the coordination of the Graduate and Academy programmes. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of these programmes, operating at senior business manager level to ensure that role-out is successful.
Your second responsibility will be to 3 business areas of around 50 people, ensuring that the HR generalist activities are successfully maintained. You will provide HR advice to your business areas and business partner, working to develop good working relationships.
The last element of the role will emphasis ad-hoc project management responsibilities in line with the overall business plan.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a self starter who has the ability to to work off their own initiative. You will have a proven ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines and exceed expectations.
