My Client is Seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Solicitor to join their successful and friendly team in the heart of Surrey! The work will include contentious and non-contentious matters and a good mix of claimant and defendant work. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Court of Appeal and will be very commercially minded and committed to living in the Surrey area. Barristers and Solicitors will be considered.
Who we're looking for
You will:
• Have extensive experience of Employment law, including advocacy (advantageous but not essential)
• Experience of civil litigation
• Have come from a good background with a consistent track record of employment
• Be commercially driven and keen to represent the firm to the market
• Have management experience and motivational qualities
• Have no disciplinary or complaints records
