Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for over seeingall aspects of the day to day runningof the store including merchandising, deliveries, recruitment, KPI's and customer service.

Who we're looking for
You must be an experienced, enthusiastic hands on manager who is a strong leader. Experience working in a high volume, high turnover, fast paced environment is essential and a fashion background is desirable. You will have a team of floor managers reporting into you so you must have previously managed a team and be ready to coach and mentor management at a lower level while at all time ensuring standards are met and exceeded.
