This is an excellent opportunity to be managing new build projects within education and healthcare for one of the UK's largest contractors. The projects will range in value from £20 - £50million and will generally be part of a scheme to build new schools, colleges and healthcare facilities.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have managed new build education and health care projects and ideally managed projects over £20million. You will also require
• Experience of taking a project from concept and presenting the idea to the client
• Experience of taking a project from client sign off to build ability
• Experience of building on major projects
• Experience of bid and tenders
• Experience of working with designers and architects and doing a full circle on projects
