This role is a superb opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a global manufacturing organisation. Working as an integral part of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing a professional generalist HR service to a number of sites in the UK and Europe. This role is going to be very influential with Senior Managers and stakeholders. The responsibilities include:
• managing junior HR personnel
• updating policies and procedures
• provide support and guidance on ER issues including absence management, grievances, performance management etc
• managing the annual training & development plan and budget
• manage the talent review process
• organisational development
Who we're looking for
You will be a highly accomplished HR Generalist with proven experience of Business Partnering. You will CIPD qualified with a minimum of 5 years experience within a senior generalist post. Due to the diverse nature of this busies candidates form all backgrounds will be considered.
