IBD Analysts and Associates- Buy-Side

• Sitting within the IBD of this bulge bracket investment banking house in London, experienced analysts and associates will focus on buy side client coverage, especially of private equity houses and fund management groups, undertaking pan European transactional activity.
You willgain exposure to a breadth of corporate finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, equity and bridge financings, restructuring exercises, and leveraged finance deals.

Who we're looking for
• You will have recent and relevant experience working within a top tier investment banking division at junior analyst or junior associate level.
• Excellent academic track record.
• Fluency in at least one other other European language would be highly advantageous.
• You must be highly motivated and possess outstanding communication skills.
