The job holder will have substantial interaction with line management and senior business management, supporting, challenging and influencing business decisions. Effective interaction of this nature requires strong verbal and written communication skills, credibility and business acumen and the potential to develop these further. In the role you will:
• Lead the planning of Internal Audit Reviews
• Lead the execution of Internal Audit Reviews
• Reporting Internal Audit Reviews
• Monitoring Management Action Plans
• Manage Business Relationships
• Develop and maintain an awareness of significant developments within the financial services
Who we're looking for
• Experience in insurance business environment or within an audit, control or risk management function
• Very good oral/written communication, planning, project management, analytical, networking and influencing skills
• Very good stakeholder management and relationship building skills
• Experience in insurance business environment and experience of working in an audit, control or risk management function
• Degree and / or relevant professional qualification and/or significant relevant audit, risk management, control or financial services qualification
