Assistant solicitor within a well regarded team of specialist lawyers advising on all corporate and commercial matters. You will join a team of 7 and assist on all corporate and commercial matters for a range of clients.

Who we're looking for
An corporate solicitor with a good grounding of corporate and commercial law. The ideal candidate will; have good technical experience and will be pro active and confident.

About our client
Our client is a long established general practice firm with a staff of over 100. They offer comprehensive commercial client services and, unlike many other larger Thames Valley firms, they also provide a full range of private client services.
