Our client has expanded and is looking for an additional In-house general commercial pensions lawyer to support the life and pensions business in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing agreements including product term and conditions, providing commercial legal advise to the business and advising on all impending changes in legislation that will have an impact on the business.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for the In-house general commercial pensions lawyer role will have:
• excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• a relevant background knowledge of pensions or related financial products
• a working knowledge of financial services regulation
• a commercial attitude to solving legal problems
• good communication skills

The organisation offers great opportunities for progression within the financial services sector.
