• Have a sound knowledge of the workings of an overseas payroll.
• Supply a full Payroll Service to the Executive Payroll including the production of the annual Directors emoluments.
• Have a full understanding of a Company Share scheme and ensure accuracy of the Payroll providers in payroll share processing.

Implement/remove groups from the system as necessary including getting full costs and agreement from the payroll supplier.

Who we're looking for
Due to the diverse nature of the role it is essential that the jobholder is capable of acting on their own initiative. The role is a specialist role within the HR community. As there is limited payroll knowledge within the department the Job Holder must be confident in advising both the HR team and the BASF community.
