As the Facilities Manager you will have the responsibility for managing all external contractorsacross both hard and soft services as well as the provision for any small works and major projects. As well asmanaging the external contracts you will have a direct supervision ofstaff across a number of corporatesites in the Midlands. You will be astute with the financial budgeting and Health and Safety issuesacross the the FM contract and havethe ability to work to strict KPI's and SLA's.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal Facilities Manager will have a relevant qualification, preferably BIFM / NEBOSH, and be capable of developing long term relationships to maximise the clients needs. With the ability to drive standards through your management approach you will ensure that the service levels are met.
