The role as a Retail Development Manager is to manage a range of sites, varying between 20 to 25. You will be dealing with part franchise part company owned sites.
Who we're looking for
Suitable candidates for the role will have the following skills:-
• Previous Experience of multi site management in a Retail Environment
• Previous dealings with franchise owners would be an advantage
• Ability to influence and negotiate
• Ideal backgrounds would be Electrical, Telecoms. Spectacles, Travel, and High-end Fashion
About our client
My client is a Market Leader in a Specialist Retail Electrical Sector.
What's on offer
As basic salary ranging from £38k to £43k. There is also a 20% bonus potential, pension, Bupa, Company car and additional benefits.
