The candidate will provide contract management and governance support to the Commercial team ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements and also highlighting risk claim events. Other key elements of the role will include providing commercial advice on operating contracts and commercial arrangements.

Who we're looking for
The candidate will ideally have the following attributes including :
• Degree Educated.
• Membership of a relevant professional body.
• Knowledge of setting up and establishing a broad range of construction contracts.
• Knowledge of the construction sector.
• Good communicator with strong influencing skills.

Our client is electrical distributor which operates and maintains an electrical network in the northwest.
