This HR Director role is to head up the HR function that supportsthe UK employee base for this international organisation. This is truly generalist role working closely with the senior management team to really drive the people agenda. Heading up a small HR team you will really work close to the operations ensuring that the success of the organisations continues through having a skilledand motivated workforce.
Who we're looking for
The successful HR Director will:
• have experience of working in a multi site environment
• have a proven track record in driving a progressive HR agenda
• have a strong understanding of current UK employment legislation
• be comfortable both challenging and supporting a strong operational client group
• have a positive 'can - do' attitude
• be CIPD qualified and of Graduate calibre
