Head of Financial Accounting for UK & Europe

This person will be responsible for owning the monthly and quarterly accounting close (under UK and US GAAP) for the UK and European subsidiaries. You will also be responsible for overseeing the SOX compliance, treasury and tax accounting and compliance.
You principle working relationships will be with the following:
European Financial Controller
European Chief Financial Officer
European Accounting Manager & Team
European Territory Financial Controller's

Who we're looking for
ACA qualified accountant with exposure to US GAAP and SOX. You must be a proven leader with a 'have done, can do, will do' attitude.
