A fantastic opportunity to join this Management Consultancy based in Bristol as a Change Manager specialising in Business Improvement Consulting. This brand new role exists in a highly successful growing business consultancy working as part of their creative team of Business Improvement Specialists.Their team of high calibre consultants are respected for their solid experience, no-nonsense approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.They value passion and drive and maintain an open and honest approach with their staff and clients.
Their work spans from cultural change programmes and organisational restructures to business analysis and process alignment.They have extensive experience on small scale and multi-million pound projects in the public and private sectors and have a strong growing client base mainly in the southwest, but also in London and throughout the UK.
They have some exciting plans for the next couple of years and a strong pipeline of work.They are currently looking for Senior Change Management Consultant who is looking to move to Director level within the next five years. Progression will rely on your contribution to key strategic projects and your contribution to the firm's business development
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be educated to degree level (ideally MBA) and be able to demonstrate success in delivering organisational change. You will have strong experience in management consultancy, programme management or business development.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Bringing in new business
• Creating innovative change management strategies and delivering high quality programmes around business readiness for change, stakeholder management, communications, coaching, benefits management
• Owning and delivering project outcomes
• Communicating at all levels and influencing and gaining trust at a senior level
• Leading and motivating project teams and change champion networks
• Building and owning relationships with key clients
Key performance indicators:
• Client satisfaction
• New sales
• Personal development
The following experience is essential for the role: Organisational design, cultural change, performance management, business strategy and hands-on business analysis and project management skills.
Competencies in the following areas will prove advantageous: Prince 2, EFQM, Scenario Planning, BPR, CRM or ERP
