The HR Business Partner will have full accountability for driving quality strategic and operational HR services in to the business. Partnering with HR Director and Managing Director the HR Business Partner will ensure successful delivery of full generalist services including Employee Relations, Employee Engagement/Communication, Organisational Development, Performance Management, Recruitment & Resourcing and Compensation & Benefits.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the HR Business Partner role will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
• Proven business partnering background
• Credible communication, relationship building and influencing skills
• Proactive development and delivery of change and organisational development programmes
• Excellent knowledge of ER policies and process and delivery of best practice
• A pragmatic and consultative approach to complex situations
• Leading, coaching and developing the management team in performance management
• Working knowledge in international employment law and legislation desirable.
• Preferably Degree educated and CIPD qualified.
