Our client is looking for an experienced commercial solicitor with a commercial contract background to join their well regarded team.

Who we're looking for
An experienced Commercial Solicitor who will:
• Have good experience, particularly of commercial contracts and/or non-contentious intellectual property and/or information technology work, gained either in a specialist department in private practice or in an equivalent specialist position in industry.
• Have good experience of the TMT (telecoms/media/technology) sector, which is a key focus of our client's Oxford office.
• Have strong business development capabilities and an appetite to actively source and win work.
• Have good networking skills and enjoys attending marketing and networking events.
• Have good commercial sense and an ability to work closely with entrepreneurial commercial clients.
•Be capable of takingresponsibility as the office grows and be able to show a commitment to this long-term development.
• Enjoy working as part of a small team, but in a wider City team context.
• Have an Oxford/Thames Valley connection, although this is not a prerequisite.
• Have a technical background, althoughthis is not a prerequisite.
