• To support Director of Global Leisure Sales (DOS) and Sales Manager's (SMgrs) in account and contract management of Group accounts.
• Key point of contact within UK Head Office for Clients under DOS and SMgrs, when they are out of the office.
• Key point of contact within UK Head Office for Hotels when discussing accounts under DOS and SMgrs, when they are out of the office.
• Handle and resolve specific queries relating to either account or hotels under the account lists.
• Manage purchase orders and invoices for the Leisure Team.
• Help sales support colleagues in any other reasonable requests as part of the sales support team.
Who we're looking for
A Level education
Essential requirements: this role needs someone who is thorough and accurate in his/her approach to their work.
• Customer focused.
• A positive team player.
• Demonstrate excellent communications skills - both verbal and written.
• Autonomous and Forward thinker.
• English, another European language appreciated.
IT Skills:
• ASA
• Outlook
• Microsoft? Package, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
