As HR Advisor you will be responsible for supporting and advising line managers on conditions of employment and HR policies, as well as managing HR casework through to conclusion.
Responsibilities will include;
• Providing line line advise to line managers and employees
• Managing caseworkers through to conclusion for example disciplinary investigations, grievances, absence management and performance management
• Coaching managers on HR policies
• Providing support to various change projects
Who we're looking for
My client is looking for an experienced HR professional with a generalist background. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or part qualified and have extensive experience of dealing with ER issues. You will also be required to have experience of coaching line managers and liaising with trade unions.
The position will suit an individual with strong communication and project management skills
