Our Client, a well known Leisure organisation based in the Midlands is actively looking for an Interim ER Assistant for an initial6 month period with the possibility of extension.This is a new role to sit between the Shared Service Centre and Business Partners offering support on all Employee Relations issues, including disciplinaries and grievances, advising on long term sickness. This is a field based role, with a focus on the South West region including Bristol, South Wales, Devon & Cornwall, hence you must be prepared to travel.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be immediately available with a background in a generalist Human Resources role and with an interest in Employee Relations. Good Employment Law knowledge and an enthusiastic approachis essential as you must be comfortable in advising managers independently. Ideally having worked in a field based role previously, you will have excellent time management and organisational skills.
