As the Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for all areas outside of the core business. This includes full management for sub contracted works, capital projects and financial control to all areas concerned with the properties fabric. You will ensure compliance with heath and safety regulations, review KPI's and SLA'sand tender contracts based on their performance. It is also the responsibility of the Regional FM to drive the performance of their team and implement strategic improvements.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Regional Facilities Manager will hold a professional industry related qualification, ideally BIFM or similar. You will be a confident manager with an in-depth knowledge of facilities & building management. You will be financially astute with the ability to dive down cost whilst maintaining and improving service levels. You will be a confident communicator at both board and client level and have the ability to motivate staff to their full potential.
