This is a very exciting and involved role. Duties will include:
• Organising travel schedules and communicate with all parties involved
• Source and book suitable venues and manage the details of the event - such as room set up and final numbers
• Design and send invitations and manage the response
• Prepare an itinerary, presentation materials and hand outs
• Track the costs of the event and process the invoices.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for a candidate with previous Roadshow experience. Essential skills will include:
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to produce work of an exceptionally high quality
• Think multiple steps ahead to avoid problems before they arise and remain calm and accurate under pressure
• Candidates must also appreciate that there will be last minute changes to the schedule and out of hours work may be unavoidable
The role will be working with a team and will involve direct liaising with top clients so at all times this person must be well presented as they will be an ambassador for the firm.
