To lead the HR function comprising of human resources, training, organisational development, and occupational health teams maintaining and developing excellence in service provision. To provide advice to the Trust regarding all aspects of human resource management and organisational development and, as a member of the Trust Board, to take a full part in the development of the trusts corporate and strategic plans.
Who we're looking for
• Extensive experience at Strategic Human Resources Management Level in an acute hospital within the NHS or other large complex multi professional organisation
• Proven track record of sound human resources management including development of effective HR strategy within a large complex organisation
• Knowledge and understanding of NHS policy and strategic issues within the profession and across the NHS
• Computer literate
• Demonstrates up-to-date knowledge of employment practice and commitment to CPD
• MCIPD/FCIPD Qualification and current professional registration
