This role encompasses all aspects of commercial contract work including drafting and advising on terms and conditions, agency, distribution, franchising and goods/services supply contracts, leasing and concession arrangements, outsourcing projects, infrastructure projects, public and private partnerships, advice on regulated contracts (for the financial services sector), commercial joint ventures, IT and technology contracts,licenses and ecommerce.
The ideal candidate should be able to supervise other lawyers in all the above areas.
Who we're looking for
A commercial heavyweight who has gained experience at a major national or London firm.
You will have significant experience of a full range of commercial contacts / projects and related contract law, direct experience of heavy weight contract negotiations with leading new firms and experience of assisting on corporate transactions in relation to the commercial elements.
You will also have experience of leading and managing teams.
Ideally you will have a following of clients.
