Commercial Assistant required for an expanding team in the Thames Valley. Working within one of the leading commercial teams in the Thames Valley , the role will offer a varied caseload of general commercial work, IT and e-commerce. You will have responsibility for handling smaller matters as well as the opportunity to assist on more complex matter for companies that arehouse-hold names and plcs.
Who we're looking for
A commercial solicitor who has gained experience from a major national or city practice.
You will have a good grasp of contract law and will have sound drafting skills. The ideal candidate will also have strong technical skills and a willingness to develop and maintain client relationships
