This is a position for a solicitor to work full-time in the Litigation Department.
You will join theBusiness Services team where you will be required to handle Civil and Commercial litigation, including contract disputes, consumer claims, negligence claims, debt recovery, personal injury, building & boundary disputes, property / landlord and tenant litigation and contentious probate claims.
Who we're looking for
Our client requires someone who has previous good quality experience of general litigation work.
Ideally our client is looking for a candidate that:
•Is sufficiently proficient and confident that they can handle all day-to-day aspects of running client files.
• Has good academic qualifications, together with previous experience of working in a medium sized practice.
• Has a knowledge of, or links with, the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area.
The applicant will be expected to be involved in marketing and developing the department and building on their capability to attract their own business.
