Reporting in to the General Manager,DeputyManagers are responsible for up to 25 staff and all day-to-day aspects of running a hotel.
Who we're looking for
Successful Deputy Manager applicants will:
• Have management experience (but not necessarily within the hospitality sector)
• Be passionate about driving the business forward
• Be committed to excellent customer service
• Have experience of managing at least £2million turnover
About our client
Our client is a market-leading budget hotel chain with locations throughout the UK.
What's on offer
A basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000 will be offered plus a bonus of up to 50%. Additional benefits include pension, healthcare and 25% discount.
