You will cover Corporate governance, public markets, joint ventures, M & A's and disposals. The firms client base includes UK listed Companies, Fortune 500 Companies and owner managed businesses.

Who we're looking for
You will have completed a Corporate seat throughout your training contract and will have trained at a leading law firm. The firm will now consider Solicitors qualifying in September 2008.
