Commercial Property solicitor for a friendly Leeds based firm to provide an all round service to a range of commercial property clients.
Who we're looking for
The candidate will be able to provide an all round service to Commercial Property clients. Also dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters.
The department works for a range of clients from large scale property developments for regional house builders and commercial developers to investor clients. Also dealing with private companies, owner managed businesses, partnerships and sole traders on buying selling and renting premises in the retail, office and industrial sector.
You will handle your own caseload with minimum supervision and you will be a confident ambitious solicitor.
