The core responsibilities of this role will involve devising and implementing PR strategy forTe clients, and taking control of time management, service-levels and renewals. The Reading-based PR Account Director will take the lead in providing consultative advice, driving growth in existing accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities, and staying up to date with new and emerging channels. Finally, you will be generating, editing and strategy-checking press releases, editorial, newsletters and web copy, and managing services delivered by suppliers.
Who we're looking for
In order to be successful in your application for the PR Account Director roles you must have the following skills/experience:
- A strong background in PR, writing skills and an understanding of media relations is essential.
- You must also have worked in an agency environment.
- Experience and previous exposure to technology accounts is also a prerequisite to being considered.
You must also be able to build and maintain relationships, and also be strong from an operational point of view.
