This is an excellent opportunity to manage projects for an internationally recognized contractor. the schemes that you will be managing will comprise of large new build schemes within health care and education. Each project will range in value from £25million - £50million steel frame structures with recreational areas in and around the building. As project manager you will be reporting directly to the project director with progress of your team. You will be the number 1 on site with full responsibility of delivery of the scheme.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have worked on similar sized schemes before, or have the capability of managing large new build schemes with education. You will have a good track record of delivering schemes on time and in budget and ideally come from a similar size contractor.
