An exciting role with a leading Advisory firm in London looking for experts in Operational Deal Advisory - Assoc Dir/Director level. This opportunity exists for Retail industry experts to help clients to realise various financial benefits by identifying synergies and cost savings involved in transactions. The team consists of a number of industry specialists who are able to provide operational advice and implementation support on transactions, M&A integration and performance improvement strategies to clients.

As Associate Director/Director you will be involved in offering the following services:
• operational due diligence
• synergy reviews
• post deal integration
• project/programme management
• operational turnaround and restructuring

This is a new offering from this Advisory Firm where they will be concentrating on the mid-tier market and will therefore allow you to give a greater contribution and develop a fantastic career at this well known and very respected company. As a result, this is a very entrepreneurial business and you must be able to sell in to the market and gain market share. You will have significant input to the business plan and growing the team significantly over the years to come.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be degree educated:
• Have been industry experts in Retail - where you will have worked in a functional role
• Must have previous Advisory/Consulting experience preferably with Big 6
• Excellent financial and commercial acumen
• Will have previous hands on transaction/deal related experience<BR>• be able to clearly demonstrate your billing/ business development expertise
• be able to communicate at all levels of a business
