The successful candidate will be based in their office in Glasgow. You will be a Personal Assistant to the Project Director and provide administration support to the rest of the project team. Main duties will include managing inbound/ outbound mail correspondence, preparing progress reports, minute taking at meetings, drawings management for the project and general filing. Other responsibilities will include diary management, stationery management, booking travel and all accommodation arrangements.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must:
• Excellent I.T skills
• Be have excellent knowledge and use of MS Office (Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Visual Basic)
• Have excellent audio and copy typing skills
• Be very organise
• Have brilliant communication skills, written and verbal
• Be accurate as attention to detail is key
• Have substantial Office management experience
