An exciting role with a major Advisory firm in London looking for experts in Operational Deal Advisory - Senior Manager to Director(Telecoms/Media) . This new team aim to help to realise various financial benefits by identifying synergies and cost savings involved in transactions. The team consists of a number of industry specialists who are able to provide operational advice and implementation support on transactions, M&A integration and performance improvement strategies to clients.
As Manager/Senior Manager you will be involved in offering the following services:
• operational due diligence
• synergy reviews
• post deal integration
• project/programme management
• operational turnaround and restructuring
This is a brand new offering from this Advisory firm where they will be concentrating on the mid-tier market and will therefore allow you to give a greater contribution and develop a fantastic career at this well known and well respected company. As an entrepreneurial company, at the more senior levels the ability to business develop and increase market share will be key.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates must be degree educated:-
• will have previous hands on transaction/deal related expertise
• be industry experts in Telecoms/Media where you have held a functional role
• must have previous big 6 professional service/consulting experience
•have strong financial and excellent commercial acumen
Be able to demonstrate business development expertise
• be able to communicate at all levels of a business
