Our client, based in Oxford is looking for an HR Officer to complete the following duties:
• Advise on the firm's HR policies and practices.
• Acts as afirst point of contact for employee queries and issues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans.
• Provide support to the recruitment function.

Who we're looking for
The successful HR Officer will require the following qualities:
• A generalist background.
• Up to date knowledge of employee law.
• An ability to be able to work with senior management.
• Exposure to the recruitment process.
• CIPD is preferred, but not necessary.
