This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing charity in the Leeds, West Yorkshire area and have a positive impact on the lives of the children and adults it helps. You will be responsible for leading a strong and well established senior management team as well as driving the overall direction and strategy of the trust. As Head of Operations / Senior Finance / Deputy Chief Executive you will be a highly visible figure within the organisation and able to interact with its employees and service users. The role will include the following responsibilities:
• Identify business development opportunities for the Trust to further its growth and financial status.
• Enhance financial performance of existing services through ongoing evaluation, planning and performance improvement strategies.
• Oversee and manage the contract and fee increase negotiation processes with external providers.
• Co-ordinate the trust's risk management and disaster planning strategies.
• Streamline operational performance to ensure greatest efficiency and best practise for the Trust.

You will be able to identify opportunities for business growth both in the Leeds are and further afield in the U.K and worldwide. Above all you will be able to drive the commercial aspirations of the trust across the departments, external suppliers and numerousrevenue streams without losing sight that the service to the end users of the trust always comes first. You will have worked in a role that has prepared you well for the multiple aspects and challenges of this role and be specifically capable of handling the financial aspects of the position.
