We are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Senior M & E Quantity Surveyor to work for a national building services contractor. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with another Quantity Surveyors on a 2 projects based in Derbyshire and the W Mids. These projects are scheduled to take 12months minimum.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for an existing M & E Quantity Surveyor with previous experience working for a building services contractor.
You will be able to demonstrate extensive commercial awareness as well as having a proven track record of project delivery.
You will have a track record working on complex major Building Services Projects. You will possess a proven background working within M&E doing surveys on full mechanical and electrical aspects of new build projects including Pipe work, HAVC systems and Ductwork along with Small power, lighting and BMS systems, to join the team in the role as an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will have the drive and confidence to work in a professional site based team.
To join this company as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus.
