Property Litigation Solicitor

Permanent ⁄ £30000 - £45000

This role will involve;
• General property litigation primarily for developers but also for private clients: e.g. disputes relating to boundaries, easements, options, conditional land sale agreements, failure to complete purchase of land, defective construction of property, adverse possession, trespass, neighbour disputes
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes: e.g. disputed lease renewals, service charge disputes, dilapidations
• Small amount of residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
• Interim applications arising out of the above
• Deal with routine court applications, not expected to undertake extensive advocacy role
• 3 x Salary billable hours
• Responsible for own case load but work will also be delegated by Manager

Who we're looking for
• Candidates must have experience of commercial litigation but not necessarily property litigation and a strong client focussed approach
• The position requires someone to have excellent communication and organisation skills and to be self-motivated
• Ability to manage own case load whilst working effectively as part of a team
• A positive, flexible attitude and positive relationship building skills are essential along with excellent interpersonal skills
