As an eSourcing Consultant, you will be involved ine-Sourcing projects and strategic procurement consulting, working independently and as part of a team. The candidate will contribute in pre-sale's activity from initial client engagement through to proposal/contract and include preparation and delivery of buy-side / sell-side training. Combination of consulting and industry experience is preferred. The projects will be based in London and around the country.
 Facilitate and support eSourcing process for low, mid-level, and high level spend categories for the customer
 Support cross-functional teams of subject matter experts, customer stakeholders and suppliers
 Support supplier relationship management for eSourcing spend categories
 Deliver training sessions and demonstrations to customer on eSourcing technologies
 Undertake business analysis capturing historical and potential future spend demand within the customer
 Develop specific adoption plans for eSourcing technologies to adopt new eSourcing spend categories/users
 Implement adoption plans to drive penetration in new eSourcing spend categories
 Perform tactical duties associated with generally accepted eSourcing processes including but not limited to the
following:
• Manage the activities of planning, scheduling, and executing electronic sourcing events, with emphasis on process quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinates training, technical, and support resources to create and execute successful events.
• Performs other similar or related duties that may be assigned which may include:
• Savings analysis
• e-sourcing event creation
• Assisting suppliers with registration and conducting supplier trainings
• Developing and conducting test scenarios
• Facilitating meetings and conference calls between with customer teams
• Providing expertise in sourcing applications and best practices on process and technology
• Providing first line application support to the customer internal users
• Building a pipeline of sourcing events

 To support pre-sale e-Sourcing activities, estimating tasks, preparing proposals and presentations.
 To analyse client business requirements, supplier relationship structures and processes.
 To scope, define and manage delivery of client e-Sourcing project to qualit

Who we're looking for
 Desired; must have experience of using a e-Sourcing technology tool.
 Must have direct purchasing/procurement experience, across broad categories, as a buyer/senior buyer in
either or both public or private sector.
 Must have sound project management - ability to demonstrate good organisation and planning, through project life
cycle. Project management experience and the ability to coordinate and organize a complex set of activities within a
project environment
 Must have good presentation skills, and ability to engage at all levels within a client organisation.
 Ideally have experience in the delivery of training courses.
 Would be beneficial to have supported pre-sale activities in a client facing role.
 Results oriented self starter with accountability. Ability to take action and produce desired outcomes with little
direct supervision
 Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality related to project details and customer information
 Educated to Degree level
 Professional presentation, facilitation, verbal and written skills with the ability to tailor to any level audience
 Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, Project, PowerPoint and Word
 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others, work as an effective team member, and provide
leadership, mentoring/coaching when necessary.
