Our Client seeks to recruit anEmployment Solicitor to undertake amixed workload.
The team covers all aspects of employment law, including:
Contracts of Employment;
Staff Handbooks and Policies;
Managing Disciplinary Hearings;
Data Protection;
Health and Safety;
Redundancy Management;
Severance Negotiation;
Business Transfers;
Tribunal and Court Claims;
Trade Union Relations;
Immigration.
Who we're looking for
You will be anEmployment Solicitor with a proven track record havingcome from an established reputableemployment team.
