This role is a multi-site role within a highly customer focused market place that is very much about customer retention within the financial services sector.

Who we're looking for
You will be a successful multi-site manager within a retail banking organisation. You will have a proven track record with one of the high street banks and managing locations at an area level. This is a non-negotiable requirement; only candidates from high street retail banks will be considered. You must be a highly organised and effective people manager with a passion for excellence. This business is about results and achieving them through your people.
