As Research Manager you will have an opportunity to work on strategic and tactical projects, supporting decision making at various levels within our Client organisations. The role will encompass project management primarily, with some client relationship management and coaching of junior team members. You will get to work with some of the the most successful FMCG companies in the country.
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant for this Research Manager position will have the following:
• Experience of successfully delivering on multiple projects to time and to financial budgets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially presentation skills
• Experience or background in designing and delivering custom research projects, predominantly quantitative although experience of qualitative is an advantage.
• Demonstrable experience in custom research principles, methodologies and statistical techniques.
• Experience of delivering value added research to senior FMCG audiences and possesses a good understanding of UK FMCG environment.
• Demonstrable people management experience
• Experience of delivering against revenue targets and negotiating and selling to clients.
• Familiarity of managing relationships with fieldwork suppliers
• Knowledge of shopper or brand / category research is an advantage
• High level of personal energy and commitment
• Educated to degree level in a business discipline or equivalent business experience.
