As Regional Development Manager you will be responsible for developing an international portfolio of clients through 4 direct reports. The role is UK based but will require regular international travel to manage your team and work directly with your clients (which will include networking and negotiating with senior government officials). You will be working closely with the Commercial Director to develop short and long term sales and marketing strategies and will be responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of these plans.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales and marketingtrack record gained within the education / learning and development market. A natural leader, you will have led and developed sales and / or marketing teams (either in the UK or internationally) and will be confident building relationships, networking and influencing in both the private and public sector.
