Commercial Manager

As Commercial Manager, you will provide commercial assistance to all operational personnel in respect of contractual issues, ensuring all risks are minimized and opportunities for profit are maximized in particular with respect to the growing projects business sector.
The commercial manager will be responsible for:
• Ensuring that company procedures relevant to contractual/commercial issues are adhered to.
• Reporting and responsibility to the regional directors with guidance and direction given by the board.
• Writing, producing and monitoring contracts as well as liaising with both contract managers and clients to ensure that SLA's are produced and set to a commercially viable level.
Based in our clients London office, you will hold a business critical role, adhering to best practice.

Who we're looking for
• Our client offers fantastic personal development and are seeking an individual who enjoys working within a pro active and astute team.
• Previous experience in a similar commercial management role as well as experience in the building and facilities management industry.
• A proven and quantifiable control of sales and costs.
• The ability to write and produce contracts for facilities service provision, and experience of making good, effective, short and long term commercial decisions.
• Well developed communication skills, and conscious and methodical in approach.
• Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus, with a pro active approach.
