As a Manager in our clients business you will have a high level of responsibility. You will be fully p&l accountable for your business which you will run as if it was your own. You will make sure that your restaurant constantly delivers high levels of customer service on a daily basis. You will understand the importance of commercially evaluating your business regularly in comparison to your competition. You will have a team of between 25 and 50. You must be a skilled communicator and people manager who can coach and develop those talented individuals where there is potential.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for self motivated individuals who are passionate about food service, passionate about customers and passionate about delivering a great experience for those dining in the restaurant. You will be the sought of person who is ambitious and keen to make the next step in there career. You will be work well as part of a team and be keen to push your people to achieve success both from a business perspective and from a personal point of view.
