Reporting directly to the Operations Manager the Branch Manager (based from Doncaster) will be responsible for providing technical supervision to field operatives and liaising with administration staff to ensure the smooth running of a branch operation. It is expected that the Branch Managers time will be spent supporting the office and field operatives and liaising with the client.
Who we're looking for
The successful Branch Manager will need to demonstrate the following:
• Experience in the response and void sector of social housing.
• Experience in Managing a teams typically consisting of around 20 gas and electricity engineers plus other staff when appropriate (Service Engineers/Admin Manager/Tennant Liaison Officer).
• Provide technical support to Field Operatives and Unit Operations Managers, and to ensure operatives are made aware and conversant with current ACS / Statutory Regulations.
• Ensuring that Company Quality Improvement Process is carried out for their direct team members, in line with contractual obligations and that corrective action is both identified and implemented.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
