Finance Officer

As Finance Officer you will be carrying out a range of duties and providing a financial point of contact for both internal and external customers. general responsibilities include:
• Assisting managers monitor their budgets identifying over/under spends
• Reconciliation of key accounts
• Assist in producing Management Accounts; Accruals; Pre-payments
• Compile financial management and KPI information
• Produce information for statutory returns and external financial statements

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a Finance Officer who is a friendly team player and interested in achieving personal progression through being involved in a supportive and professional environment.
Experience of the property/housing sector would be an advantage. You will be prepared to support the organisation in their aim towards continuous improvement and excellence in their financial department. You will also be studying towards your Accounting qualification (CIMA; CIPFA; ACA; ACCA)
