First Line Managers within the warehousing and transport operation are critical to the running of this 24/7 daily delivery operation. Key responsibilities will include:
•Management and leadership of either operatives or drivers
•KPI planning and control relating to either warehousing or transport
•Adherence to site health and safety measures
•Contribution to depot continuous improvement initiatives

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be used to working in FMCG or fast paced environments and will have excellent leadership skills. You will be a good communicator with a strong desire to influence, change and improve. Your previous background is likely to include some unionised people management exposure and demonstration of change management skills. The roles are shift based and require individuals that are passionate about operations and keen to progress their career with a market leader.
