Key Responsibilities will include:
• Effectively manage all divisions within Direct Response inclusive of: Web Operations, Direct Mail and Call Centre and Distribution.
• Manage all Online Marketing initiatives, inclusive of: Email Marketing, PPC Search, Affiliates, SEO, Online Display, Lead Generation, Shopping Comparison Engines, eAppend, Web 2.0 and Social Media.
• Manage all Offline Marketing activity inclusive of, but not limited to: Direct Marketing to an in house database, Co-registration and Lead Generation.
• Take responsibility for delivery of profitable revenues through all available channels.
• Continually scrutinise and report on departmental activity inclusive of industry standard analytical tools.
• Ensure we are up to date & exploiting new trends in web design, technologies and database technologies.
• Ensure effective delivery of all creative, print, media through 3rd party agencies.
• Use network knowledge to manage internal environments (development and QA).
• Budgetary & financial management of department expense.
